C. febrifuga known by the common name (Mvala) is a medicinal plant of Rubiaceae family widely used Congolese traditional healers to treat many diseases. For this study two extracts aqueous and methanol were taken away with yield 8.5% 11% respectively. The convulsions latency time in rats treated different was greater than 15 minutes. Among five one presented compared control group. protected against induced PIC STR. Gaba dosage brain homogenizing showed that increased rate (4.10 ± 0.39) group(2.04 0.03) significantly. Consequently, histamine decreased insignificantly.
